Outputs of the Compare and Rule explorer tools are estimates built from public CMS data. They are not actuarial opinions, financial advice or a guarantee of any shared savings or losses. Rules marked PROPOSED may change before they are final.

Customer use

Use of the signed-in application is governed by a separate customer agreement. Final terms will be published here after legal review.
